😋 How to make High Protein sugar free but sweet chilled custard to quench the thirst and sweet tooth.

Ingredients:
🍹🍹
3 Apples cut into slices
2 Bananas cut into slices
2 Mangoes cut into slices
2 Kiwifruits cut into slices
Few Almonds

Base is 1 cup evaporated milk + 300 ml water + 6 scoops high nutrient dense soy protein isolates (ask me the brand name) + few ice cubes blend together.
